2. Products and prices

Products are men's leather shoes. Descriptions, photos, and prices on the shop reflect the Primovera range. Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Primovera may correct manifest errors.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed after validation on the online shop. We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or clearly incorrect information. You will receive confirmation via the contact details provided.

4. Payment

Payment is primarily cash on delivery, as offered at checkout. Other payment methods may be available on the shop and will be shown when you place your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery is within Morocco. The indicative timeframe is 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation, subject to stock and delivery area. Any delivery fees are shown before you confirm your order.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for distance sales, products must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. 7. Warranties

Products benefit from applicable legal warranties. If you notice a defect, contact us with your order number and photos of the product.

8. Liability

Primovera strives to keep site information accurate. We are not liable for temporary site interruptions, external links, or misuse of products.

9. Disputes

Please contact us first to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, competent Moroccan courts and Moroccan law shall apply.
